A Child was born,

to the physical eyes.

To the natural minds,

He was every inch a Man

Looking nothing like God.....

Swaddled in clothes ,

laying in the manger.

The most unlikely saw His arrival

The lowly came from near,

the great Came from afar.

He looked every inch a Man

Yet it was God, incarnated as Man

The naked eyes saw nothing but Man.

But to her who bore Him,

Through whom He came

It was Man And God a wondrous fusion,

The link to divinity, the pass to eternity.

What a privilege for all!

What a favour to all!

To celebrate His birth,

Till He comes again,

The God who came ,
